The Crew of NJ Bass Fishing Tours has over 100 years of combined experience.

John Martin: has over 50years of fishing experience on “The Big D” (Delaware River) and many of NJ’s lakes. He has also fished for many years for Largemouth bass at several of Florida’s top lakes as well as Texas’s famous Lake Sam Rayburn. He runs our Guided Fishing tours.

Matt Martin: over 30years of fishing experience. Although he put angling on a hold for a few years to pursue playing paintball at a National level he’s been back at if for the last several years and is our Kayak fishing specialist. He has caught several bass over 5 lbs including a 7lb-3oz NJ Bucket-mouth out of a Kayak in 2022 and 2023.

Ian Martin: at only 27 years old he’s been consistently catching fish for 25 of them and specializes in catching Big Bass in Large numbers. He runs our Guided tours and is passionate about teaching others the nuances of working artificial lures to get a bite under any conditions. He was 2023 Rookie of the Year and took 5th place overall as a member of the Big D Valley Bass-masters tournament fishing club.

My sons and I love our time on the water together and we all enjoy sharing the knowledge and experience we have gained over our 100 combined years of pursuing our passion.

They say that 5% of the fisherman catch 95% of the fish. It takes experience to get into the 5%. We can help.

There’s an old saying that really applies…”If you give someone a fish you feed them for a day. If you teach them how to fish they can feed them self for a lifetime.

Come out to learn the basics of freshwater fishing, specifically Largemouth Bass and some of the other popular Gamefish that swim in NJ’s and PAs waters.

For the experienced angler who knows what they want to go for, where and when we offer a fully loaded modern bass-boat with a large assortment of casting and spinning rod & reel outfits, suited for all of the popular gamefish, again specializing in Largemouth Bass. We’ll go wherever you’d like to go. And, if you want we’ll take you where we catch them.

Currently we’re scheduling 4-hour, 6-hour and 8-hour trips starting in late March for Largemouth Bass and Stripped Bass on the Big “D” (Delaware River).
